What drives the price
Two things cost real money here, and the plans are built around them:
- A person. Every request is read by a Guru before anything is built, and every build is checked by one afterwards. Bigger plans buy more of that time and a named Guru who knows your site.
- Builds. Each build uses paid-for AI time. A small change costs pennies; a whole new page or a data connection can cost several pounds of it. That is why plans include a number of builds a month, and why big builds are quoted before they start.
Day to day use costs nothing extra: the dash, data entry, the quick view and Ask a dash. Wishes are free too: nice-to-haves on the Wish List sit on the devs' not-a-priority list and get built at no charge when one is simple and there is time.
Extras and the small print
No contract beyond the month you are in. Your data is yours and is handed back in full whenever you ask. What counts as a build request: one card on your Requests page that a Guru builds - a question, a tidy-up or a rejection does not count. Wishes are separate: the Wish List is for nice-to-haves, and when one is simple and a dev has time it is built for free.
